Congress leader Rahul Gandhi tests positive for COVID-19

After former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, snother top Congress leader has tested Covid-19 positive.

Congress leader, Rahul Gandhi has tested positive for COVID-19 and has also urged everyone who had in contact with him to take safety measures and stay safe.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted, “After experiencing mild symptoms, I’ve just tested positive for COVID. All those who’ve been in contact with me recently, please follow all safety protocols and stay safe”.

Earlier, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, was admitted to hospital yesterday with high fever. The 88-year-old later tested positive for COVID-19. He has received two doses of COVAXIN and was, according to sources, hospitalised as “a matter of precaution”.
