Adding the plans which shall be implemented in the next nine months, while out of the ₹23,000 crores, ₹8,000 crores shall be allocated to state and on the other hand ₹15,000 crores shall be spent by the Centre.

To cope with a devastating second wave of coronavirus infections, Mr. Vardhan had to pay the political price for the government’s struggle during that time, as the official sources said.
