Shares of Wonderla Holidays Limited climbed nearly 9% today, reaching ₹896.70 in early trading, after the company announced the launch of a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to raise funds. The amusement park and hospitality giant revealed a floor price of ₹829.74 per share for the issue, as per the SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2018.
The QIP involves issuing equity shares of face value ₹10 each to qualified institutional buyers under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations. As per the regulatory guidelines, Wonderla retains the flexibility to offer a discount of up to 5% on the calculated floor price.
