Shares of Vibhor Steel Tubes listed at Rs 425 against its issue price of Rs 151 on the NSE. The shares surged almost 195% post listing. As of 10:15 AM, Vibhor Steel Tubes share price was up 193% (vs issue price) at Rs 442.50 on the NSE.
The company’s three-day IPO subscription witnessed huge interest as participants picked 107.36 crore equity shares, which was 298.86 times higher than the offer size of 35.92 lakh equity shares, according to the data available with the exchanges. These were the highest subscription numbers after Latent View Analytics IPO which was subscribed 326.49 times in November 2021.
Non-institutional investors led the charge among participants buying 721.33 times the portion set aside for them, followed by retail investors and QIBs, who picked 188.17 times and 178.73 times the reserved portion, respectively.
