ONGC
- The company will invest ₹3,300 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, ONGC Green (OGL), to strengthen its renewable energy portfolio.
- OGL will utilize the funds to acquire Ayana Renewable Power, which currently holds 4.1 GW of renewable energy assets.
SIEMENS
- The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the demerger of Siemens’ energy business into Siemens Energy India.
- Shareholders will receive shares of Siemens Energy in a 1:1 ratio.
- The merger is effective from March 25, with the record date for share allotment set for April 7.
BHEL
- Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has extended its Technology Collaboration Agreement with Vogt Power, US, for heat recovery steam generators.
NCC
- The company secured two major orders worth ₹10,805 crore from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).
