Tembo Global Industries Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Tembo Classic Engineering Private Limited (TCEPL), has entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) engaged in defence production.
TCEPL, formerly known as Tembo Defence Products Private Limited, has signed the agreement to explore a potential business relationship focused on the indigenous development of defence products for the Government of India. The proposed engagement will involve discussions around design, development, and production of indigenised engineering solutions.
The company clarified that the arrangement is exploratory in nature. The NDA has been executed solely to facilitate discussions and enable the exchange of information between the parties. It does not constitute a binding commitment or confirmed partnership at this stage.
Tembo Global Industries further stated that there is no certainty that the discussions will lead to any definitive agreement or actual business relationship. The outcome of the engagement will depend on future evaluations and mutual agreement between the parties.
