The Indian stock market benchmark indexes, the Sensex and Nifty 50, closed the Muhurat Trading session for Diwali 2024 on a high note. The BSE Sensex completed the special session on Friday 335.06 points, or 0.42%, higher at 79,724.12, while the Nifty 50 rose 99.00 points, or 0.41%, to 24,304.35.
