On March 6th, 2024, the State Bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest lender’s shares closed at ₹783.90, marginally lower by ₹0.25 or 0.03% compared to the previous day’s close of ₹783.95.

Despite the modest decline in the closing price, the trading volume for SBI shares remained substantial, with 2,67,10,525 shares exchanging hands. This substantial volume translated into a traded value of ₹2,09,359.77 lakhs.

SBI’s total market capitalization stood at ₹6,99,42,183.73 lakhs.
