RattanIndia Enterprises shares rise nearly 4% as Revolt Motors expands into Nepal

Shares of RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd surged nearly 4% after its subsidiary, Revolt Motors, announced its entry into the Nepalese market. This expansion follows the company’s successful debut in Sri Lanka and marks another step in its global footprint. Revolt Motors has partnered with the renowned MV Dugar Group, a company with over 50 years of experience in the automobile industry, to introduce its electric bikes in Nepal.

The company is set to launch its first Revolt Hub in Kathmandu in April 2025, offering a premium retail experience for customers. The showroom will showcase the brand’s entire product range, including the high-performance RV BlazeX, flagship RV400, the stylish RV400 BRZ, and the practical RV1 and RV1+ models. Alongside the motorcycles, customers will have access to official accessories and branded merchandise, enhancing their overall purchase experience.

To ensure seamless operations, Revolt Motors is setting up a strong after-sales service network across Nepal. Fully equipped service stations will be established at all dealership locations, providing comprehensive support and maintenance services. In the coming months, the company plans to expand its footprint in the country by opening 15 additional showrooms across key cities, making electric mobility more accessible to Nepalese customers.

Investors have reacted positively to this development, as the expansion into Nepal is expected to strengthen Revolt Motors’ position in the international electric vehicle market while contributing to RattanIndia Enterprises’ overall growth.
