
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) witnessed a sharp rise of over 3% in its stock price following the release of its Q3 FY24 earnings. As of 11:04 AM, the shares were trading 3.38% higter at Rs 144.80.
The company reported a substantial increase in net profit, which surged to ₹80.2 crore, a significant jump from ₹11.2 crore in the same quarter last year.
Despite a 7.9% decline in revenue, which stood at ₹4,518.4 crore compared to ₹4,903.5 crore in Q3 FY23, profitability showed a marked improvement. The company’s EBITDA soared to ₹179 crore, up from ₹84.1 crore, reflecting a strong operational performance. Consequently, the EBITDA margin improved to 4%, compared to 1.7% in the year-ago quarter.
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) shares opened at ₹142.89, hitting a high of ₹147.80 and a low of ₹139.69. The stock’s 52-week high stands at ₹245.00, while the 52-week low is ₹118.40.
