Tata Communications Limited reported its second quarter (Q2 FY26) results, posting a net profit of Rs 183 crore, down 3.7% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from Rs 190 crore in Q1 FY26.

The company’s revenue from operations rose 2.3% QoQ to Rs 6,100 crore, compared to Rs 5,960 crore in the previous quarter. EBITDA increased 3.2% to Rs 1,174 crore, against Rs 1,137 crore sequentially. The EBITDA margin remained stable at 19%, in line with Q1 levels.

Tata Communications’ performance reflected steady operational growth driven by its network and digital platform services, although profitability was affected by higher expenses and a moderation in other income.

The company continues to strengthen its global network infrastructure and digital ecosystem solutions, focusing on enterprise connectivity and cloud-based services for sustainable growth.
