Swaraj Engines Limited reported a strong performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), posting its highest-ever quarterly profit before tax (PBT) and engine sales.

The company’s net operating revenue stood at ₹484.1 crore in Q1 FY26, up 15.8% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹417.99 crore in the same period last year. This growth was driven by robust demand for engines. The company sold 49,040 engines during the quarter, marking a 17.2% increase from 41,849 units sold in Q1 FY25.

On the profitability front, Swaraj Engines reported an operating profit (EBITDA) of ₹67.1 crore, up 15.2% YoY from ₹58.24 crore. Profit before tax (PBT) came in at ₹67.17 crore, compared to ₹58.03 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) also rose 15.7% YoY, reaching ₹49.97 crore against ₹43.19 crore in Q1 FY25.

The management highlighted that this performance reflects strong customer demand and efficient operations, setting new records for both sales and profitability in a single quarter.

The company remains engaged in supplying engines to the Swaraj division of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., and continues to focus on meeting the growing market needs.
