Sammaan Capital reported a 2.3% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its net profit to ₹334.30 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared with ₹326.76 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹2,400.33 crore, up 8.8% from ₹2,206.67 crore in Q1 FY25. This growth was driven primarily by higher interest income and net gain on derecognition of financial instruments, partially offset by a decline in net gain on fair value changes.
