Minda Corporation kicked off the financial year on a positive note, reporting a steady uptick in its first-quarter earnings. The company’s net profit in Q1 FY26 edged up 1.7% year-on-year to ₹65.3 crore from ₹64.2 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue from operations saw a healthy jump of 16.2%, coming in at ₹1,386 crore compared to ₹1,192.4 crore a year ago, reflecting strong demand across segments. Operating performance also improved, with EBITDA rising 18.6% to ₹156.4 crore from ₹132 crore.

Profitability remained stable, as EBITDA margins stood at 11.3%, slightly higher than 11% in the year-ago quarter, supported by better cost efficiency and scale benefits. The results highlight consistent growth momentum despite a challenging market environment.
