CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd reported a strong set of numbers for Q2 FY26, reflecting consistent business growth. The company’s net profit surged 30% year-on-year to ₹286.7 crore, compared with ₹221 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue from operations rose 21% YoY to ₹2,922.8 crore, up from ₹2,412.7 crore in Q2 FY25, while total income grew 22% YoY to ₹2,988.9 crore.

EBITDA grew 28% YoY to ₹377 crore, compared to ₹295 crore last year, with EBITDA margin improving to 12.9% from 12.2%.

On the operational front, total expenses increased to ₹2,600.82 crore from ₹2,147.99 crore, largely due to higher raw material and employee costs. The company’s profit before tax grew 32% YoY to ₹388.07 crore, reflecting operational efficiency and improved margins.
