Astra Microwave Products Ltd reported a strong performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with consolidated net profit surging 126% year-on-year to ₹16.27 crore, compared to ₹7.20 crore in Q1 FY25.

Revenue from operations grew 27% YoY to ₹199.73 crore from ₹155.18 crore in the same quarter last year. The growth was driven by robust demand across defence and space segments, alongside improved execution of ongoing orders.

EBITDA margin saw improvement, aided by better cost absorption and operational efficiencies, despite a sequential drop in revenue from ₹407.85 crore in Q4 FY25 due to seasonality in order execution.

On the expense side, cost of materials consumed stood at ₹131.75 crore versus ₹133.43 crore last year, while employee costs rose to ₹32.51 crore from ₹29.55 crore. Finance costs and depreciation expenses remained stable.

The company’s order book remains strong, with management indicating healthy visibility for FY26 supported by continued defence and space sector spending.
