Prestige Estates Projects experienced a marginal downturn in early trade on November 24 following the unveiling of a residential project in the Bangalore IT hub.
The company officially announced Prestige Glenbrook on November 23, introducing a high-rise residential project strategically located in the heart of Whitefield, Bangalore’s bustling IT hub.
This development encompasses 285 apartments spread across two towers, boasting a total developable area of 0.7 million square feet. According to the company, Prestige Glenbrook holds a promising revenue potential of Rs 550 crore.
As of 10:46 am, the shares were trading 0.94% lower at ₹908.15.
