Olectra Greentech Ltd. shares jumped 4% in early trade after the company announced a major order win from Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC). The company received a Letter of Award (LOA) to supply and maintain 297 electric buses in a deal valued at ₹424.01 crore.

The order marks a significant milestone in Olectra’s mission to drive the adoption of clean and sustainable transportation across India. The buses will be delivered on an outright sale basis, with Olectra also responsible for maintenance, offering a comprehensive end-to-end solution.

With a strict execution timeline of 11 months, the deployment is expected to be completed within the next year, supporting Himachal Pradesh’s push for green mobility in an ecologically sensitive region.

Olectra Greentech shares opened at ₹1,160.00 today, reaching a high of ₹1,171.95 and dipping to a low of ₹1,134.00. The stock remains well below its 52-week high of ₹1,960.00, though still above the 52-week low of ₹989.95.
