- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) – Another IT heavyweight, TCS, closed at ₹3505.0, marking a 1.3% drop.
- Infosys – Infosys followed suit, slipping 1.3% to ₹1589.1.
- Sun Pharmaceutical – The pharma major declined by 0.9%, closing at ₹1732.7.
- Maruti Suzuki – The auto sector was not spared either, as Maruti Suzuki closed at ₹11615.0, down 0.9%.
- Nestle India – The FMCG major witnessed a 0.8% fall, closing at ₹2185.0.
- HCL Technologies – Another IT player on the losing side, HCL Tech fell by 0.7%, closing at ₹1547.0.
- Hero MotoCorp – The two-wheeler manufacturer closed at ₹3540.0, registering a 0.7% decline.
- Cipla – Rounding off the top losers, Cipla slid 0.6% to ₹1499.5.
