
Shares of LTIMindtree witnessed a decline of nearly 3% following the resignation of Pankaj Chugh and Gregory Dietrich as Executive Vice Presidents of Global Sales, effective from April 15.
As of 10:30 am, the shares were trading 2.39% lower at ₹4,700.00 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
An exchange filing disclosed the resignation of the senior management personnel, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The filing stated that Mr. Pankaj Chugh and Mr. Gregory Dietrich have resigned from their positions with the company.
