LTIMindtree has announced the dissolution of its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Syncordis SARL, located in France. The subsidiary was dissolved effective November 29, 2024, as part of an internal reorganization exercise.
The company confirmed the development through communication received from a local consultant in France on December 5, 2024.
As of 12:14 the shares of LTIMindtree were trading 0.48% higher at ₹6,377.50 on NSE.
