Larsen and Turbo announced a 24% increase in consolidated profit to ₹2,553 crore for the quarter ending December 2022 on Monday. This compares to a net profit of ₹2,055 crore the previous year.
Consolidated revenue from operations increased by 17% to ₹46,390 crore, thanks to enhanced performance in the infrastructure projects segment and strong growing momentum in the IT&TS portfolio. It comprises overseas revenues of ₹17,317 crore during the quarter, accounting for 37% of overall revenue.
During the quarter ended December 31, 2022, the firm received orders totaling ₹60,710 crore at the group level, representing a 21% increase over the previous year’s similar period.
