The company reported a 76.6% YoY increase in profit, reaching ₹62.5 crore, up from ₹35.4 crore last year. Revenue for the quarter grew 22.4% YoY to ₹355.2 crore, while EBITDA climbed 30.5% YoY to ₹184.2 crore. Margins expanded to 51.9% from 48.7% in the same period last year.
The company’s strong performance was reflected in key operational metrics. Gross ARR for Q3 FY25 rose 7% YoY to ₹6,763, while occupancy improved by 826 bps YoY to 74.2%. RevPAR surged 21% YoY to ₹5,018. Additionally, management and franchised contract fees from third-party-owned hotels increased 24% YoY to ₹18.4 crore, with total management fees growing 35% YoY to ₹43.7 crore.
Patanjali Keswani, Chairman and Managing Director of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., expressed confidence in sustaining growth through accelerated expansion of the management and franchised portfolio, as well as timely renovations of owned properties. The company plans continued investment in renovations into FY26, with a long-term goal to reduce renovation expenses to 1.8% of revenue.
