The company announced the formation of a joint venture with BlackRock Advisors Singapore Pte Ltd to develop a new investment advisory firm called Jio BlackRock Investment Advisers Private Limited.
Ambani’s Jio Financial will invest Rs. 3 crore towards initial subscription of 30,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
