
HDFC Bank, India’s leading private sector lender, witnessed a volatile trading day on Thursday, with its stock prices oscillating between gains and losses. The session commenced on a positive note, with an opening at ₹1,445.50, slightly higher than the previous day’s close of ₹1,442.60.
During the day, the stock prices reached an intraday high of ₹1,451.05 and subsequently declined to an intraday low of ₹1,441.40. Despite the market fluctuations, HDFC Bank’s shares managed to regain their footing, closing the trading session at ₹1,446.10.
The trading activity remained robust, with a staggering 2,46,74,023 shares exchanging hands, resulting in a traded value of ₹3,56,593.92 lakhs. HDFC Bank’s total market capitalization stood at a remarkable ₹10,98,44,200.17 lakhs.
