Shares of GE Vernova T&D India Ltd surged 5% to ₹2,597 in early trade on Tuesday after the company posted a robust set of numbers for the June quarter.

The company reported a net profit of ₹291 crore, more than doubling from ₹134 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue rose 39% YoY to ₹1,330 crore, up from ₹958 crore last year, reflecting strong operational execution.

Notably, the EBITDA margin expanded to 29% from 19%, signalling a sharp improvement in cost efficiency and operating leverage.

At 9:16 AM, the stock was trading at ₹2,597, up ₹123.60 or +5.00%, hitting the upper circuit for the day.
