Brigade Enterprises Ltd. witnessed a 5% jump in its stock price after acquiring a 4.4-acre land parcel in Whitefield, East Bengaluru. The company plans to develop a premium residential project spanning 0.6 million square feet, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹950 crore. As of 9:17 AM, the shares were trading 2.82% higher at Rs 1,021.60.
