Adani Enterprises shares jump 3% after subsidiary announces incorporation of Celeritas International FZCO in UAE

Adani Enterprises has seen its shares rise by over 3% after the announcement of a new subsidiary, Celeritas International FZCO (CIFZCO), by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL). CIFZCO, established with a paid-up share capital of AED 100,000, will operate in the general trading business.

Registered in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai, CIFZCO has completed its incorporation and is poised to enhance Adani’s international presence. With Adani Airport Holdings retaining a 74% stake in CIFZCO, this strategic move aligns with the company’s vision to expand its global operations.
