- General Category: 5 out of 744 shares (0.67%)
Shareholders classified as “Small Shareholders,” holding not more than 352 equity shares as of the record date, are eligible for the reserved category. The buyback provides an opportunity for both small and general shareholders to tender their shares at the offered price.
