Lemon Tree Hotels signs new lease for a hotel in Vishakhapatnam

A new lease for a hotel in Vishakhapatnam has been signed by Lemon Tree Hotel, under its brand Key Lite.

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced to sign its new lease for a 44-room property under its Key Lite Brand in Sree Kanya, Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. As its fourth hotel in the state. 

The facility owned by SreeKanya Combines, is set to open in March 2023. Moreover, it will be operated by Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Lemon Tree Hotels signs new lease

The hotel is located in Gajuwaka, which is considered the most lively place and the shopping district of Andhra Pradesh. The added benefit is that the Vishakhapatnam airport is just 8 kilometres away from the hotel. The hotel has a total of 44 rooms and a multi-cuisine restaurant. 

The CEO of Carnation Hotels Private Ltd. Mayesh Aiyer, said, “This will be our fourth property in this state that holds immense business and tourism potential. We will sign and open more hotels in order to extend our offerings for guests. And owners in the tourism and hospitality sector.”
