India’s exports sector grew by $9.32 billion in the first week of April

Exports increased by 295.81 percent in the first week of April this year, to $1.71 billion, compared to $1.71 billion in 2019-20.

Meanwhile, imports increased by 8.29 percent to $10.54 billion in the first week of April, compared to $9.73 billion in the same period last year. Furthermore, imports increased by 275.53 percent from $2.81 billion in the same period of 2019-20. Imports excluding petroleum increased by 16.01 percent in the most recent week compared to the same period in 2020-21.
