Pricol will issue 27.1 million rights shares at Rs 30 per share. The issue is set to open on December 3, closes on December 17.

Pricol Limited last approved a rights issue of up to 100 crores on 4 September 2020 to raise funds. Pricol today has added 4.93% in BSE today and a rise of 4.95% was reflected in NSE
