HDFC Capital Advisors invests in TruBoard

HDFC Capital Advisors (HCAL), a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, has signed a Share Subscription Agreement to acquire 1,043 Equity Shares of TruBoard.

This investment will grant HCAL an 8.5% equity share capital of TruBoard on a fully diluted basis.

The investment in TruBoard is part of HCAL’s H@ART initiative program, aimed at investing in technology companies to benefit the real estate ecosystem. HCAL entered into a binding share subscription agreement for this investment on May 30, 2024.
