On the 3rd of September, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman will be holding a review meeting with top officials of banks and other non-banking financial institutions.
The meeting will focus on the smooth implementation of the business revival and credit availability framework that the government wants to put in action post the six-month moratorium that was granted to citizens due to the COVID-19 crises.
The moratorium officially ends on the 31st of August but RBI might be extending the moratorium deadline on bank loans.
