1. Osian’s Cinefan Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema

This film festival is organised in New Delhi every year. It provides a wide range of competition and out of competition sections. The festival is meant for Asian and Arab cinema. Osian’s Cinema Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema is a 10 days festival.

2. Bring Your Own Film Festival (BYOFF)

This film festival is organised in Puri, Odisha. It is a 17-year-old film festival in India and has been gaining major importance since then. BYOFF branches out into other arts such as sculpture, music and photography. The most exciting part of this event is that it does not give importance to awards and juries and is a pure form of entertainment.

3. Ladakh Film Festival

This film festival is organised in the mountains. Ladakh Film Festival is the only film festival at the highest altitude. The agenda of this event is to focus on wildlife and conservation. The film festival was started in the year 2012.

4. International Film Festival of India (IFFI)

This film festival is the oldest. It was started in the year 1952. This event is held in Goa and is sponsored by the government of Goa. IFFI promotes different cultures and the films have social contexts. This film festival will provide you with a beautiful experience of the beach, sun and art.

5. Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF)

This film festival is regarding the short documentaries, short and animation films. It has launched 9000 documentaries to their name. MIFF received 700 entries in their event and you can not afford to miss such an exciting film festival.
