Sunil Bharti Mittal is the founding father of the Bharti Enterprise, an establishment that deals with telecom, insurance, real estate, education, malls, hospitality, Agriculture, food and ventures. He is an Indian billionaire, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is also enlisted to be the sixth richest man in India with a net profit of about US$11 billion. The man is also facilitated with Padma Bhushan which is India’s third-highest civilian honour. In 2016 he was also nominated for the position of chairman for the company International Chamber of commerce.
It is known that Bharti Airtel is the worlds largest and India’s second-largest telecom holdings. The company is said to have its ventures across 18 countries including Asia and Africa with a customer reach of 399 billion. The company is said to have a turnover of US$14.75 billion in FY2016.
The billionaire is said to have been born in the Punjabi Agarwal family. He belongs to a family of a politician, his father was a member of parliament while he was elected for a period of two terms from the state of Punjab. He is said to have its education from Wynberg Allen School in Mussoorie, but Scindia School at Gwalior and he then graduated from Panjab University, Chandigarh, with a Bachelor of Arts and Science.
The entrepreneur is first accounted to start his business around the age of 18 with a capital profit of ₹20,000. Though his first conjured to make a bicycle. Later along with his brothers, he incorporated Import Enterprise which was named Bharti Overseas Trading Company. And then moving forward he sold his bicycle factory and moved to Bombay and then bought an importing affiliation from the companies of Punjab. From where he started Suzuki motors generators which were by then suddenly banned in India. Then moving on he started invented on push button which he had earlier gotten from Taiwan. But he replaced those with a newer form and technology and thus Bharti Telecom was founded. Thus the birth of a billion-dollar agency.
