On day one of the fest, Feb 22, several leading celebrity trainers will take centre stage and they will spread awareness regarding health and fitness . They will also conduct one-hour masterclasses all through the day. With Jatin Sapru as the host, day one will wind up with a live band performance, The Yellow Diary.


On the second day of the event, the world’s largest Grappling tournament ADCC (Abu Dhabi Combat Club) will take place for the first time in India. The ADCC India National will have over 300+ athletes from all over India competing in the country’s most prestigious grappling tournament ever. This heart-pounding combat event will also consist of 25 % female athletes, which will be a new record for India.

Most leading mixed martial artists from India will be in attendance for Day 2 of the event while Day 1 will be led by celebrity trainers and popular influencers.
