Law & Order: Organized Crime season 3: Trailer, Release date and everything you need to know

If you’re keeping track, Detective Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) has so far posed as Richard Wheatley (Dylan McDermott), a low-level go-between for the Albanian mafia, and most recently, a dishonest NYPD officer, while working undercover for Wheatley.

He’s managed to land himself in precarious situations with each mission that has endangered his life and hurt his loved ones (his son was set up for murder and his mother was kidnapped). Season 3 of Law & Order: Organized Crime features Stabler continuing to work despite assignments and consequences that, for most people, would be sufficient grounds for quitting.

Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 Release date

On Thursday, September 22, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, Law & Order: Organized Crime season 3 debuts as a part of the three-series Law & Order crossover event. 3 hours of engrossing drama! Next week, the show will air at its normal hour of 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 Plot

Given how season 2 concluded, fans of the programme are aware that season 3 would focus on fewer plots.

For instance, after Sergeant Bell raided Congressman Kilbride’s legal offices, her wife left her. She not only left, but she also took the couple’s young kid with her. Viewers will have to wait and watch if the two can mend their strained relationship or if a bitter divorce is imminent in the future.

Jet is the next. She found herself falling in love with Adam “Malachi” Mintock, despite the fact that she usually concentrates on her skills as a proficient hacker (Wesam Keesh). The youthful relationship between the police officer and the ex-con turned NYPD asset cannot be ignored by the show.

Last but not least, there is little doubt that the romance between Olivia and Elliot will continue in the upcoming season. It simply seems like Dick Wolf owes fans more than cyclical discussions and subtle statements hinting at “romantic” sentiments, even though we are unsure how far the ex-partners will take things.

Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 Cast

Detective Elliot Stabler is once again played by series star Christopher Meloni. For 12 seasons on Law & Order: SVU, Meloni played the outspoken but devoted cop before being chosen to revive the role in his own spinoff. The actor has also appeared in Maxxx, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Underground as Don Wild, George Winslow, and August Pullman, respectively.

Danielle Moné Truitt, who plays Sergeant Ayana Bell, will team up with Meloni for another action-packed season. Bell’s prior roles include Charlie Minnick in Deputy, Sheila in Snowfall, and Dr Angela Douglass in Chicago Med.

Ainsley Seiger, who portrays Detective Jet Slootmaekers, completes the core cast. The star’s most well-known role to date is as Jet on Law & Order: Organized Crime.

Viewers should also be aware that a number of additional performers, including but not limited to Ellen Burstyn, Nicky Torchia, Mike Cannon, and Rachel Lin, are set to reprise their respective recurrent roles.
