Is Venom 3 releasing this November? Check other details including Cast, Plot and more!

You might be interested in learning more details about Venom 3 now that Venom 2 is out in theatres and since the series’ conclusion very clearly sets up the next installment.

The original Venom movie was a history. It featured the symbiote traveling to Earth with three other extraterrestrials that desired to rule the world. After bonding with the titular symbiote Venom, our errant protagonist Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) exposes and overthrows The Life Foundation, the dubious organization that sent the monsters to Earth. The sequence after the end credits made it quite evident that Carnage will be in the second movie.

Carnage and Shriek’s narrative is continued in Venom 2 as they wreak havoc on Brock. Before a mid-credits scene shows Venom explaining alternate universes to Brock and two then get whipped into the Marvel Cinematic Universe where J. Jonah Jameson is busy revealing who Spider-Man really is, the Venom 2 ending sets up the idea of Toxin coming in thanks to a somehow not-dead cop with glowing blue eyes. That’s a lot to process, but it gives us a lot to think about the Venom 3 release date.

Venom 3 Plot

Venom 3’s story is still a mystery to us, but the Venom: Let There Be Carnage finale has provided us with some intriguing hints. After suffering a potentially fatal injury, Detective Mulligan, who has been a rather decent person up until that point, opens his eyes towards the conclusion of the movie to find that they are blazing blue.

This appears to imply that Mulligan would someday change into Toxin like his comic book namesake. Toxin is intended to be Carnage’s offspring, much as Carnage is sort of Venom’s offspring. So, in essence, Venom is Toxin’s grandma, but try not to dwell on it for too long.

Toxin is a force to be reckoned with since it effectively combines all of the greatest traits from its ancestors. Although not intrinsically bad, it’s possible that the movies don’t highlight that reality in the first place.

We already know, in part because of Spider-Man: No Way Home, that Tom Hardy’s Venom is not expected to cross paths with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. Eddie was sent back to his reality at the conclusion of No Way Home after Doctor Strange deals with the multiverse’s collapse.

Additionally, we now know that Hardy assisted Kelly Marcel in writing the Venom 3 narrative. The first Venom movie, Cruella, and Let There Be Carnage all had screenplays written by the renowned author Marcel.

Venom 3 Cast

Tom Hardy will once more play Eddie Brock and Venom, according to IMDb.

Stephen Graham as Detective Mulligan and Toxin would likely be the other notable ones. That’s if the narrative follows the direction that seems to be indicated by the movie’s conclusion. The character may certainly be replaced, although it seems exceedingly improbable right now.

Michelle Williams as Anne Weying, Reid Scott as Dr. Dan Lewis, and a few more minor characters who have contributed to giving the Venom movies a little more humanity may also make a comeback.

Given that Venom ate Woody Harrelson’s skull, we don’t estimate his odds of appearing again, but who knows? Perhaps his scarlet symbiote will revive him? All we can do is wait and see.

Will Spider-Man be in Venom 3?

No. Eddie meeting Wallcrawler from the MCU doesn’t seem very likely right now, or at least it looks doubtful. It’s possible that he will run across another Spidey in his realm, but since Venom was returned to his dimension after No Way Home, the likelihood of him running into Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is remote.

Nevertheless, Venom did leave a little part of himself in the MCU, making it seem probable that Marvel’s Spider-Man will ultimately come into contact with the symbiote in some form.

Venom 3 Release date

Despite the issues that Covid-19 has had with very about every movie project, the first Venom movie came out in 2018, and the second one will come out in 2021. Venom 3 was formally announced in early 2022, thus it would surprise us if it came out before 2024.
