The episode begins with Micky phones Arjun and says he just met Aman and wants him to forget everything and come there. Arjun asks whether he is certain. Micky agrees and invites him to come there, saying he will give the location. Arjun tells Sushma that her mother needs her and is contacting her, and he begs if she can go home for a while. Sushma asks Nurse Arjun to leave. Arjun asks her to keep the heated bag behind her back. The nurse informs the teacher that she doesn’t understand what happened to him and begs her to contact his mother to find out what occurred.
The teacher questions why his mother sent him to school in this state. She phones Mahima, but the call does not go through. Karun requests that the teacher call Kashvi Aunty, who promises to arrive right away. The teacher addresses Kashvi. Kashvi answers the phone and asks if Karun is okay. The teacher informs her that Karun is ill and invites her to come there.
Arjun enters the pub and asks Micky about Aman. Micky brings him inside, but Aman isn’t present. Arjun asks, “Where is Micky?” Micky says I came out to pick you up and that he must still be here because I was at the gate. Just as they watch Aman go, Arjun calls him. Aman rushes out. Arjun tosses a glass bottle on his head and Aman stops as he gets hurt.
Kashvi arrives at school and learns from the instructor that Karun’s parents are unavailable, which is why she has to call her. The nurse says this is not a usual temperature, and she can’t give him any medicine that could worsen his condition, which is why they called her. Kashvi inquires as to whether or not the drug has been administered to her.
Karun claims Mamma was busy and did not apply medicine. Kashvi wonders how Mahima can be so reckless when he has such a high fever and allergies, and Mahima is unaware. She calls me Mahima. Mahima is playing cards with her friends and winning. She feels she won’t ruin her mood by seeing Kashvi’s phone. Kashvi then calls Arjun, but his phone is turned off. Arjun & Aman miss Aman as the van goes from their front.
Kashvi considers her options and believes she cannot afford to squander time. She asks the teacher to allow her to take Karun to the doctor before his condition worsens. The teacher explains that she cannot take him without his parents’ approval. Kashvi says she’ll sign because they know she’s a civil service officer and his maasi. The teacher allows her to take Karun with her. Arjun and Micky find the glass piece containing Aman’s blood. They go. Aman recalls hiding in the dustbin at the appropriate time.
The doctor examines Karun and states that he was clearly instructed to apply the ointment, that they did not apply treatment to his rashes, and that this is due to the parents’ neglect. He requests that the nurse clean her rashes with warm water and administer medicine to his body. He gives him an injection. Kashvi cares for Karun. Later, the doctor checks and declares that his fever and rashes have subsided. Kashvi wants to know why this happened to him. The doctor believes this could be linked to dietary consumption, air infection, or genetic disposal. He claims that this allergy is inherited and that, in order to learn more about it, he must investigate his genes, which require samples from both of his parents. Kashvi says, “I will deliver the DNA sample, and then we will know, because of his father or mother, that this thing is happening.
Arjun visits Aditya’s house and sees Adi. He believes Adi and Aman are the same person. He considers checking to see whether there is an injury to his head. He gives him water. Adi asks about Kashvi. Arjun claims she didn’t know. He glances behind him and sees no injuries. He believes he is Aditya. The orange falls off Arjun’s saree. He distracts Adi by suggesting that his hair reminds her of her boyfriend. Adi sees orange. Arjun makes up a narrative. He considers returning home and spending at least one night with Karun. He considers what to do. Adi believes Sunaina is wrong, and he will not be here. He’s about to depart. Arjun/Nurse asks him whether she can go to her mother, as she is unwell. Adi asks him to go now itself.
Kashvi brings Karun to Arjun’s home. She questions why you went to school while you were ill. Micky offers him a sandwich and invites him to eat. He expresses gratitude to Kashvi for calling him. He goes. Kashvi considers taking Mahima’s hair and giving it to the doctor. She collects hair samples from the comb. Arjun arrives home. Karun questions why you didn’t come to school and says the teacher called you several times.
Arjun apologises and says his phone broke, so I didn’t call believing your Mamma was with you. Karun claims Kashvi Aunty saved him and urges him to thank her. Arjun thanks Kashvi for protecting Karun and wonders if mothers are like this and don’t care about Karun. Kashvi wonders if fathers are like this.
