Salman Khan is paid Rs.250 crore for Bigg Boss 14; show to start in October

Season 14 of Bigg Boss is soon to go on-air, host Salman has charged Rs.10.25 per episode.

Bigg Boss has been one of the most watched general reality show in India and with every year the show reaches another level of TV rating. Bigg Boss 14 is soon expected to be on-air for which host Salman Khan is seen shooting and posting promos. This most anticipated yet controversial show is going to be big, yet again. According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Salman Khan has charged huge amount of Rs.250 crore for this season of the show.

Salman shall be shooting for total 12 weeks, one day per week that shall be two episodes per week, hence charging Rs.10.25 crore per episode making it Rs.20.50 per week amount, as put by Bollywood Hungama. The show was initially expected around September which is seemed to be delayed already. A source of Bollywood Hungama stated, “The house is being constructed at Film-city in Mumbai however the rains are acting as a major disruption in getting things started. Once the Mumbai rains subside, the set will be built in totality to get the show in action. It’s expected to go on air by mid-October,”

Host Salman is seen anchoring the weekend episodes for BiggBoss, where all the grilling, elimination of the contestants is shot. Apart from Bigg Boss, Salman’s upcoming projects include Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, Kick 2 and Tiger 3.
