Exclusive: Kinshuk Mahajan reveals he had a crush on his Mathematics teacher, says ‘it developed because of a re-examination’

Kinshuk Mahajan opens up on his first crush on a subject teacher and also shares his views on the importance of having a good teacher in life. He beautifully explains about ‘The One’ teacher that he’ll be following for life.

Kinshuk Mahajan, who holds a strong recognition for his role in ‘Sapna Babul ka Bidaai’, the Model turned Actor, has done all the ‘adventures’ as a student, who was decent but also a bit on the naughty side!
In a candid conversation with Business Upturn, Kinshuk opened up on his first crush on a subject teacher and also shared his views on the importance of having a good teacher in life. He beautifully talked about ‘The One’ teacher that he’ll be following for life.
When questioned on Kinshuk’s favourite teacher, he quipped in, “I actually had a crush on my Mathematics teacher. I was so bad in her subject that I failed in one of the tests and had to appear for a retest.”
“The crush actually developed because of that re-examination! I had to attend extra classes and she took extra care and efforts to teach me. Apart from me liking her, she taught me so well that I scored around 98 on 100.”, he added.
The actor strongly believes that he was really lucky to have good teachers in his life and also feels that the role of a teacher holds the most strongest position in life as they shape us for our future.
Futher continuing the conversation Kinshuk told us that he was a decent kid but he used to bunk his lectures. “I wasn’t really notorious although! ” he wordplayed. He shared his memories of shool days were he pranked his teachers, also burst crackers in boys and girls washrooms as he clears that he was in an age where all this was fun. An adventurous memory that he shared with us was of cheating during examinations. He chuckled when he said, ” We used to pass paper chits in the entire class and in Delhi it is called as ‘Farras’. Our supervisors never came to know about this.”
Kinshuk Mahajan has his strong faith in God and he feels that there’s no one else who can be your biggest teacher and the biggest infulencer. He beautifully mentioned, ” I would say that people come and go, they can guide you but you can’t really follow anyone. For me a teacher who’s values I have followed in my life is only God . I take him as my everything.”
The actor also shared with us that his wife, Divya Gupta is herself a teacher, so Teacher’s Day definitely holds a lot of importance for him.
