In the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19, host Salman Khan addressed an escalating issue between housemates Nehal and Malti, offering a strong reality check to Nehal over her handling of the situation.

The matter at hand was Malti’s delay in starting her kitchen duty, which Nehal had earlier criticized as intentional and disruptive. Defending her stance, Nehal explained that duties in the house — especially kitchen tasks — are assigned specific time slots so that housemates can get food on time. According to her, Malti had deliberately delayed her duty, causing inconvenience to others.

However, Salman was quick to call out Nehal’s hypocrisy, reminding her of a similar situation just a couple of weeks ago. “Inhone bhi toh yahi kaha, toh iss waqt konsa pahad tut pada?” Salman asked, referring to the time Nehal had delayed her own duties to prioritize her gym session.

Nehal responded with humility, admitting, “I’m wrong, sir.” But Salman didn’t stop there. He emphasized that several issues have occurred in the house — including use of foul language and duty negligence — yet no one was targeted to this extent.

He then questioned the underlying motive behind the intense criticism directed at Malti:
“Ye new comer hai toh isse target karna aapke liye aasaan hai?”
The question hung heavy in the air, as housemates reflected on their recent actions.

Farrhana, stepping into the conversation, backed Nehal by saying, “She has been too uncooperative.” However, the timing and intensity of the backlash toward Malti seemed to be under scrutiny.

The segment not only highlighted the double standards that often play out in the Bigg Boss house, but also served as a warning against ganging up on individuals, especially newer contestants trying to find their footing.

With Malti caught in the center of brewing group dynamics, it remains to be seen how the house moves forward after this on-air intervention by Salman.
