Tina Datta was called in by Bigg Boss in last night’s episode and informed about her pet’s death. She was visibly broken. She came out of the confession room and informed her alleged boyfriend Shalin Bhanot and co-housemate Nimrit Ahluwalia about the demise of Rani, her pet dog back home. She was seen sobbing bitterly. Tina even said in a broken voice, “I can’t even go for her last rights.”
Nimrit was seen consoling Tina by hugging her and wiping her tear and being with her during such tragic time. Shalin, too, was seen been empathetic. Later, Bigg Boss announced the captaincy task, which involved the four ex captains to decide who would become the new captain of the house. The four ex contestants of Bigg Boss 16 in the one-month old show are: Nimrit Ahluwalia, Shiv Thakare, punished-captain Archana Gautam and two-time captain, Gautam Singh Vig. On the sound of trumpets, one of the ex captains, called out by Bigg Boss, will take two of the contestants of their choice to the swimming pool and throw them in it, just like the Pied Piper of Hamelin made all the rats follow him to the sound of his reed pipe and led them to jump off a mountain and die.
Tina was seen desperate to become the new captain, but she has not been so good to Gautam in the past few days, so Shalin Bhanot suggested that Tina Datta use the death of her dog as a sympathy card in front of Gautam Singh Vig to become the captain of the house.
