Bigg Boss 14: Rubina Dilaik warns husband Abhinav Shukla of ‘Digital Dementia’, Isn’t the wife always right?

Bigg Boss 14 contestants Abhinav Shukla, Rubina Dilaik, and Kavita Kaushik discussed their cell phone addiction and digital dementia.

We think “I will just take a look at the phone” and the next thing you know is that you have wasted two hours scrolling on Instagram. Cell phone addiction is a thing and Bigg Boss 14 contestants are struggling with it too.

In a recent extra masala clip on Voot, Abhinav Shukla, Rubina Dilaik, and Kavita Kaushik reveal their cell phone addiction secrets. The video begins with Rubina saying that for the first time in her life, her cell phone must be resting since she is not using it in the house. Ever since she got a mobile phone, she has constantly used it except for when she is in a village without a network reception.

Abhinav also reminisces of a 15-day trek where he had no network, and he used his phone only to capture videos. Kavita joins in the conversation saying, “Actually acha hai mera toh phone ka addiction chhoot gaya. Main bohot phone haath me le ke baithi rehti thi (I am glad that my addiction to my cell phone is over. Earlier, I used to have a cell phone in my hand all the time).”

Abhinav then reveals that he used to read random topics on phone all day. Rubina confirms that by saying that this habit of Abhinav used to be the source of the arguments between the couple. However, what troubles Abhinav is that he doesn’t remember a lot of what he read on phone. Instead, he remembers everything he has read in books. Therefore, he says, he has pledged that when he exits the house, he will read books instead of reading on phone.

Rubina then jokingly taunts husband Abhinav that she had warned him of ‘Digital Dementia’ before, but he neglected her advice. Abhinav playfully throws a pillow at her. To which Rubina replies, “Tabhi bolte hai biwi ki baat samajh jaani chahiye (That’s why they say that you should listen to your wife).”
