Post the entry of Rakhi Sawant in Bigg Boss 14, there has been a hike in the entertainment quotient. In the latest episode, Rakhi opened up about her marriage while having a conversation with Rahul Mahajan and Abhinav Shukla. In the conversation, Rakhi asked them to pray for her husband to come out while she is in the show. She adds that she pleads to her husband to reveal himself in front of the world as nobody believes her.
Rakhi expressed her feelings about her marriage being real and said, “Mein cheek cheek ke keh rahi hu meri shaadi ho gyi hai. Are nahi kar rahi publicity ke liye.” She adds that he needs some time and it’s not easy to reveal his identity suddenly. Rakhi confirmed that he would reveal himself before they have kids.
Further in the episode, Rakhi indirectly mocks the bestfriend duo, Jasmin Bhasin and Aly Goni and said that some people hide their relationship and say they’re just friends and the audience believes them. But they don’t believe in her marriage. Aly, who was present in the room, burst out laughing.
Earlier in an interview with the Times of India, Rakhi said, “I know it’s high time and people, especially my fans, want to see him. They have been demanding it since I got married and as I am entering the Bigg Boss house, I want him to introduce himself to everyone. In fact, maine usse dhamki bhi di hai, ki ab usse sabke saamne aana hi hoga. What if Salman Sir asks to meet my husband?”
Rakhi said that she ‘got married under very difficult circumstances’ and ‘could not announce’ the wedding. She calls it a ‘love-cum- arranged marriage’ with Ritesh who is said to be a UK-based businessman.
