Being away from your family on the day of Diwali is very difficult. During the Diwali special episode of Bigg Boss 14, the housemates were surprised with gifts from their families. In an Extra Masala clip, we see Pavitra Punia and Nikki Tamboli get emotional as they unbox the gifts sent by their families.
The video begins with Pavitra opening her gifts: a red and white top, a matching pair of pants and a pair of red heels. Pavitra is seen telling Nikki that her mother always chooses unusual colours to gift her and was puzzled by red heels. She then opens her another gift which is a perfume and tells the other that this was indeed her brother’s choice.
Nikki then shows off her black and white pencil skirt which she got from her parents. She later revealed that her parents never allowed her to wear skirts and such types of clothes before. It was only once she started her career that she began wearing such dresses. She says that she bought the dress in Dubai where she went on a vacation with her parents.
Pavitra then revealed that she never went on a vacation with her parents. Nikki says that she didn’t spend time with her parents for the last three years. When Pavitra asks her about a photo frame, Nikki starts crying saying that she didn’t choose it because she knew she wouldn’t be able to handle it. While Pavitra consoles her, she says “accha hai nahi khola mein ne. chur chur ho jati mein.” Further, she says that if she had opened the photo frame then she would have become weak. The video ends with an emotional Pavitra Punia saying, “Nikki Tamboli kamzor nahi hai. Nikki Tamboli sabki baja ke rakhti hai.”
