Bigg Boss 14 housemates live a very tough and hectic life outside the house. With busy schedules, various shoots there is very little time they have for themselves. In a recent Extra Masala clip, Eijaz Khan talks about his hiatus, his choice of roles.
As the clip begins, Eijaz tells Arshi Khan that he had left the television industry in 2007-08. This seems to shock Arshi. Eijaz continues saying that he had achieved everything he wanted to in the television industry. He says, “Mera humesha yeh maan na hai ki khuda jitna deta hai, utna hi noch ke wapis leti hai.” He says he always follows this universal law. He says no one made him work but he put in so much efforts where he worked for 30 hours straight. He clarifies that it was him that worked and no one asked him to. He adds, “Mehnat bohot ki but choice se kiya. Kanda tutta, Peeth tutti.”
Arshi adds that in the industry one loses a lot of personal life. Eijaz says he never had one. Further, he adds that he wished to build one so he took a break. He used that time to fulfil his film contracts. Talking about his return to the industry, he mentions that he returned back in 2009. Since then he has taken up roles which he likes and were different from the rest. Arshi asks him which type of roles he likes to play. Eijaz replies, “Jo interesting rahe aur jisme grey shades ho. Jisme real-pan rahe.”
