Bigg Boss 14 is all about building connections in the house and saving yourself from eviction. It is also about playing smartly even if that means making friends with rivals. During her time on the show, Kavita Kaushik was fighting against Eijaz Khan. Now, in a recent Extra Masala clip, Eijaz shares how Kavita saved him from nomination.
In the clip, Eijaz is seen chatting with Challengers Rahul Mahajan, Kashmera Shah and Manu Punjabi. Eijaz tells them about the time when Kavita promised to save him from elimination. He tells them about how Kavita who was then the captain, was asked to send six people to nominate others. No one was listening to Kavita, so she approached Eijaz and promised to save him from nomination. Eijaz took her word for it and asked others but no one was believing him. He says that he told others that he was ready to take that 0.1% chance and save himself. So in the end, he went in and nominated Abhinav Shukla. He concludes saying, “15 minute woh rukhe. Unhone aisa palta aur bola Kavita aap kisiko bhi nomination se bacha sakti hai. Unhone merko bachaya.”
Rahul Mahajan later justifies as to why he didn’t become the captain. He says that if he took the medal then he would become selfish. Manu tells him, “Iske baare mein baat hi na karo kyunki aap accha kar chuke ho.” Eijaz joins in and says that it is not about selfish but about how he is the right captain for everyone. He asks Rahul to convince people on this note. Rahul counts the number of people in the house and says that all nine would agree with him. The others say that is enough to win the captaincy.
