In the Bigg Boss house, the contestants try to win the hearts of the people to survive in the house. They have minimum contact with the outside world. Hence they don’t know much about the audience’s reaction to their decisions. In an Extra Masala clip, Abhinav Shukla is seen telling Eijaz Khan the importance of feedback.
In the video, Abhinav tells Eijaz that people understand theories very late but they do happen. He tells the other that he if someone praises a person for their performance in one field, then that person works hard for the same. He says, “Jab log acchi feedback dete hai aur encourage karte hai toh aap wohi karte jaate ho.”
He gives his own example saying that when he started camping, everyone praised him. Hence he went camping and hiking more often. The actor says that when we get encouragement we will definitely do well in it. He jokes that no one says that he dances well.
Further, they both discuss the act where people praise to get in the person’s favour. Abhinav tells the other that it is called brown-nosing. Meanwhile, Eijaz states that more than half of the industry follows it.
